The useful finding

A buying limit needs one authoritative answer.

The 24 October pricing snapshot described unlimited orders in the comparison table and 50 monthly Free-plan orders in the FAQ. The actual enforced limit was not established by this review.

Dated RateUp evidence: unlimited orders in the pricing table versus 50 monthly orders in the Free-plan FAQ, with a proposed correction.

01

The buying question

Can a merchant run a Free shop beyond 50 orders a month? That fact affects whether configuring the shop is a sensible first step. This study examined the public explanation, without placing orders or accessing a merchant account.

02

The dated evidence

The pricing-table and FAQ excerpts shown below were captured on 24 October 2026. They give different answers to the same order-limit question. This is a source-content inconsistency; it is not evidence that an AI system answered incorrectly or that customers abandoned checkout.

03

The proposed change

Ask the product owner which rule is enforced, then use that rule consistently in the table, both FAQ answers and the product interface.

  • If capped: state the confirmed monthly order allowance and reset period.
  • If unlimited: say so while keeping active-contact and campaign-credit limits separate.
  • Keep Meta messaging charges separate from the shop-order allowance.
04

How to accept the change

An authorized product tester should check the limit in a test environment, including the 50th and 51st order if the cap is confirmed. Content acceptance means the page and actual behavior agree.

05

Where the work stands

The evidence summary and alternative copy drafts are complete. No changes were made to RateUp, the backend rule remains unconfirmed, and no conversion or visibility improvement has been measured.
